Cholesterol Too High?
For high cholesterol, eat whole grain foods such as brown rice (Lundberg brand is supposedly better), oats, barley, also potatoes, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, eggplant, avocados, olives, spinach, olive oil, strawberries, pecans, walnuts, pistachios, apples, pears, bananas, tuna fish, salmon. Just discovered black rice. Tastes great and is even better for lowering cholesterol.
