Avoid Joint Surgery

To avoid knee or hip replacement, I went for stem cell therapy. The doctor told me I might soon need (another) hip replacement. When I tried stem cell therapy with my own stem cells, it didn’t work. When I tried it with umbilical cord stem cells, it did. When the doctor asked if I wanted 800,000 stem cells or 7 million, I asked what the difference in price would be. He answered $1000. I said go for the 7 million.

Since 2017, I've had no hip trouble. It was not covered by insurance. It cost $7000 in 2017. I do glute strengthening exercises at the gym to strengthen and protect the hip.

You must research stem cell doctors for success rates. Some have low success rates.

My brother-in-law had similar good results with his knee using umbilical cord stem cells. After my (surgery) knee replacement, I did knee extension exercises, strengthening the quad muscles. Started with 10 pounds and worked up to 170 pounds for each knee. (Never start at 90 degrees - that ruins the knee.) I start at 135 degrees, going up to almost straight. My quads got so strong that I stopped using knee supports for playing tennis.
